1. What makes a product ADA compliant?
The faucet must operate with less than 5 pounds of pressure to open and a handle that the user does not have to grip or grasp to operate. 2. My slow close faucet isn’t operating properly, what should I do?
To adjust our slow close faucets see our application page SLOW-CLOSE FAUCET APPLICATION NOTES. This will show how to adjust the run time of the faucet. Just click on Info Library above, then on Application Notes and select Slow Close Faucet Application Notes from the list of items.
3. Are your faucets in compliance with the Safe Water Drinking Act?
All Central Brass Drinking water faucets comply with ANSI/NSF 61 Section 9 and are certified and proudly display the NSF logo on these items. 4. What is the best way to maintain the chrome finish on my Central Brass faucet?
Central Brass uses a heavy-duty triple plate chrome finishing process that will let your faucet shine last for years and years if you exercise proper maintenance. The finish can be cleaned with most non-abrasive household cleaners or window cleaners when used according to the manufacturer's instructions. Rinse off any excess cleaner immediately after use to avoid water spots. If water spots do appear they can be easily wiped off with a soft cloth moistened with water or glass cleaner.
